Netbeans Javascript
Although I'm writing in VS 2010, I still prefer Netbeans (after a long search for a good javascript IDE) for my Javascript IDE, even though I haven't figured out to use the Javascript debuggin built in.

It also adds warnings if your target browser don't support methods for jquery - javascript.
